I was at my local mall this weekend getting in that Black Friday mood and I made sure to work my way over to Pandora. It’s always a highlight because I have a special affinity with the brand: for the second consecutive year, it’s the official jewelry partner of the Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes!
At wallet-friendly prices, it’s an affordable luxury, and a a nice way to treat myself and my loved ones to contemporary design, creative expression, and to create timeless memories.
Just like last year’s RCMH Christmas Spectacular season, Pandora rolled-out an exclusive collection to celebrate the partnership, and to hype this year’s newly-redesigned Rockettes final scene, “Christmas Lights,” which captures the sparkle of the holiday spirit through 100 Intel mini-drones, new costumes, and glittering Pandora-insipred earrings worn by the gals!
I checked-out one of its two seasonal Rockettes x Pandora pieces, the 2018 Exclusive Holiday Charm and Ornament Gift Set, which can be found on the brand’s website, in select authorized retailers, and for a limited time (November 9, 2018-January 1, 2019) in a a pop-up shop in RCMH’s Grand Lounge and in its Sixth Avenue store. The limited edition gift set inspired by the Rockettes’s costumes is crafted with silver and white enamel stripes inlaid with cubic zirconia gems, topped with a sweet bow. The charm comes in a matching, clam-shell ornament that can be hung with a red bow.
The other 2018 memento, the Radio City Music Hall Charm and Ceramic Box, is only sold online, in the RCMH pop-up and Sixth Avenue store, and in select Pandora stores throughout the NYC area, so I’ll have to check it out when I go to the show! This one includes a unique charm in Christmas-inspired colors made of sterling silver and cubic zirconia gems featuring a line of Rockettes in their signature eye-high kicks and an Xmas tree! It comes in a masterly ceramic case with a design based on RCMH’s holiday season theme.
Both signature charms fits nicely among the customizable Winter Collection, like the glacial beauty sliding bracelet of sterling silver and cubit zirconia that a select group of Omag Insiders received at Oprah’s Favorite Things party in NYC a week ago, myself among them!
Check out this “Joy of Jewelry” Pandora x Rockettes video featuring some of the current Rockettes!
Founded in 1982 in Copenhagen, the Danish jewelry brand has grown into the worlds’ biggest jewelry maker at affordable prices, including its trademark charm bracelets that premiered in 2000. In fact, last year, Pandora sold 200,000 charms and 40,000 bracelets per day! And the vast majority of the 2.6 billion stones used in 2017 were man-made, which decreased the environmental impact of mined diamonds by 99%!
Go on…make some good holiday memories with a good conscience!
